Before the Program

Finishing my undergraduate degree at Western Washington University (WWU), organizing for the implementation of an Ethnic Studies program at WWU, reconnecting to my family and culture through beadwork, and working independently as a historical researcher.

Why Humboldt Public Sociology

I really enjoyed the interdisciplinary focus of the program, and I loved how applicable and relevant the program seemed to be for pursuing post grad career options without needing aPhD.
