SOC 104. Introduction to Sociology

This​ ​course​ ​will​ ​introduce​ ​students​ ​to​ ​the​ ​field​ ​of​ ​Sociology​ ​and​ ​will​ ​expose​ ​students​ ​to the​ ​basic​ ​concepts​ ​and​ ​principles​ ​of​ ​Sociology.​ ​​ ​Students​ ​will​ ​apply​ ​their​ ​learning​ ​to social​ ​problems​ ​and​ ​issues.​ ​​ ​This​ ​course​ ​covers​ ​human​ ​interaction,​ ​culture,​ ​societal norms,​ ​organizations,​ ​political​ ​associations,​ ​and​ ​ethnicity,​ ​thereby​ ​meeting​ ​the​ ​General Area​ ​D.
