Before the Program

I am a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley in Sociology. I had the honor of giving my undergraduate commencement speech alongside Robert Reich who I admire greatly for his work in social inequality.

Why Humboldt Public Sociology

Upon my graduate school research I found most colleges had only an emphasis in social research. I was excited to find that Humboldt had an emphasis in teaching sociology as well. I am excited to graduate with actual teaching experience which I feel will be very helpful out on the job market.
